Customers are responsible for using Scentado products safely and only for their intended purpose.

Our fragrance bracelet is designed to hold and dispense compatible liquid fragrance products. Customers are responsible for ensuring that any fragrance, cologne, perfume, or other liquid placed inside the product is suitable for personal use and compatible with the product.

Scentado is not responsible for injuries, skin irritation, allergic reactions, stains, damage, leaks, or other losses resulting from:

  • Improper use
  • Misuse
  • Modification of the product
  • Use of unsuitable liquids
  • Overfilling
  • Failure to follow provided instructions
  • Direct contact with products to which the customer is sensitive or allergic

Customers should discontinue use if irritation or discomfort occurs.

Scentado does not manufacture or control third-party fragrances used with our products and is not responsible for the ingredients, formulation, safety, or performance of those third-party products.

Product Care

Customers are responsible for properly caring for and maintaining their Scentado products.

Normal wear and tear, cosmetic deterioration, accidental damage, misuse, exposure to unsuitable chemicals, improper cleaning, or damage caused by incompatible liquids may not qualify as a product defect.
